Melatone Co., Ltd. has produced Asia's best quality and
installed the latest equipments since established in 1978.
We achieved world class technology and production facilities
for our main products, HPL models. Especially, the size of the
production line is one of the biggest lines in Asia.
Applied HPL products include around 100 aluminum products such as interior materials for railway
vehicles, exterior compact, cubicle, etc. Recently, our non-flammable and fire-proof products are
highly rated and recognized in the rising market. Natural wood floor product 'ZEN' and standard
HPL product 'SEN' is steadily sold by and popular among customers.

In terms of investment on facilities, new facility capable of producing 5 ft size was started to run in
Aug 2006, allowing increased productivity more than 15,000 sheets per day. Diversified sizes have strengthened the competitiveness so that we have remained as Asian top maker.

We have promoted aggressive marketing plans in the European and US market, and developed brand
new products to diversify the export routes since 2003. Now, exports occupy more than 40 % of sales.
Our products are currently exported to 32 overseas countries across the six continents including North
and South America, Russia, Africa, Middle east countries, etc, and our brand value is overwhelming
others.

We are never satisfied with the present success, and never get bored to improve the quality and develop brand new products so that we could remain at world class.
